Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the photographer or studio, “customer”) and Radha Girdhar Lal Ji Technologies (“RGL Technologies”, “we”), Indore, India, for the use of Chitrak AI.
1. The service
Chitrak AI lets you upload event photos, share them with guests through private links, and let guests find their own photos using face recognition. Features depend on the plan you choose, as listed on our pricing page.
2. Plans and limits
- Yearly plans run for 12 months from the date of activation. A Single Event plan covers one event.
- Each plan has a photo limit. Every uploaded photo counts once towards it. Deleted photos are not added back to the limit.
- Galleries stay open while your plan is active (6 months for a Single Event). Selfie search stays on for the number of days in your plan for each event, counted from when it is first published.
- You can buy add-ons or upgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the remaining plan period.
3. Payments and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees and do not include GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Payment is due in advance. Plans do not renew automatically unless you choose auto-renewal.
4. Your photos and your responsibilities
- You keep full ownership and copyright of every photo. We do not claim any rights to your photos, except the permission we need to store, process and show them to the people you share links with.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos and to share them with the event's guests, and that you have told your client that Chitrak AI uses face recognition.
- You must not upload illegal content or use Chitrak AI to identify people without their knowledge.
- You are responsible for keeping enough space in your Google Drive and for keeping your account password safe.
5. Google Drive
Original photos are saved in your own Google Drive. Chitrak AI only has access to files it creates. If you disconnect Drive or delete those files, those photos will stop opening in the gallery.
6. When a plan ends
If you do not renew, your galleries close at the end of the plan. We keep preview copies for 30 more days so you can renew without losing anything. After that, they are deleted. Your originals remain in your Google Drive.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Chitrak AI available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem at one of our service providers. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp as described for your plan.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit.
9. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or guests at risk. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
