Your yearly plan lets you create as many events as you like during the year. Every event's gallery stays open for as long as your plan is active. AI selfie search, where a guest takes a selfie and gets their photos, stays on for 90 days after you publish each event. Almost every guest looks for their photos in the first two or three weeks. After 90 days, the family can still see everything through the Full Album link. To keep selfie search on longer for an event, add 90 more days for ₹499.
Every photo you upload to a published or draft album counts once, no matter how many guests view or download it. Featured cover photos and wedding films do not count. If you delete a photo, it is not given back to your limit, because the face-matching work has already been done for it.
Yes. Original photos are saved in your own Google account, so you need enough space there. Most studios already have a Google One plan. Chitrak AI can only see the files it uploads, never the rest of your Drive. If you'd prefer us to store the originals, ask us about managed storage.
No. Guests open the link or scan the QR code, type their name, agree to a short privacy note and take a selfie. There is no app, no account and no OTP.
Chitrak AI uses Amazon's face-recognition technology, which is widely used. Clear front-facing photos match very reliably. Side profiles, far-away shots and photos with heavy makeup or lighting effects are shown as “Could these be you?” suggestions. When the guest confirms them, the matching improves. You can also set how strict matching should be for each event.
No. With the guest link, each person sees only the photos their face was matched in. The complete album is available only through the separate Full Album link, which you share with the family. You can switch it off or create a new one at any time.
Selfies are not saved. Only a face-match code is kept while selfie search is on, and it is deleted automatically after that. Guests agree to a privacy note before searching and can tap “Remove my data” at any time to delete it instantly. Galleries are hidden from Google and other search engines.
Add a pack of 10,000 photos for ₹1,999, or upgrade to a bigger plan and pay only the difference for the rest of your plan year. Your existing events keep working without any break.
Your galleries close at the end of your plan, and you get 30 days to renew before the preview copies are removed. Your original photos are never at risk, because they were in your own Google Drive all along.
